Ms. Michelle Lee was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 28 August 2026. She serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee and is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

She holds a Bachelor of Design (Communication Design), a Master of Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and also a Certified Professional ESG.

She has over 15 years of professional experience across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, specialising in strategic planning, business transformation, restructuring, brand development and AI adoption. She currently serves as the Founder and Strategic Decision Architect of Tuju, where she helps organisations identify business value and translate business strategies, operational challenges and AI opportunities into practical solutions and strategic decisions.

Previously, she was the Head of Business, Southeast Asia/Business Operation Strategy Consultant at iGroup Asia Pacific, iReady SEA, where she led the transformation from a product reseller to a solution-led business focused on AI enablement, learning and development, and business transformation. She developed an AI Readiness and Enablement Framework, designed and deployed AI agents, supported AI-enabled solution proposals, and established partnerships with business partners and government agencies across Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

At Pradotec Sales & Services Sdn Bhd, she progressed from Business Development to Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Company Director. She led the company’s turnaround from approximately RM10 million in debt to breakeven within three years and managed major government and enterprise technology projects, strategic partnerships and business repositioning initiatives.

She has also worked as an Independent Strategy and Brand Consultant and previously held corporate strategy and brand roles with Imagescan, UP Multimedia and McCann Worldgroup.

She has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of Tomypak. She does not hold directorship in any other public companies and listed issuers.
